Fleet Planning Module (Rota)
Here we can manage Vehicle and Staff Tables. The assignment of services to fleet vehicles or suppliers becomes an easy task and can be visualized on a time scale representing the daily occupation of each vehicle or supplier. This module also includes service schedule reports for drivers and suppliers and driver's commission reports.
Invoicing Module
Transfers Management System also makes the invoicing process easy. Price tables are available for Shuttle where price is per pax depending on the Resort and Private Transfers or Tour Operator Transfers which are based on pax occupation of each vehicle for each Resort. There are also default price tables, that can be easily associated to various clients. Internal price and Supplier prices tables are available for cost management and profit control. Select the Tour Operator, Type of Transfer, beginning and end dates, and all bookings are invoiced in seconds. The system will also notify you if there are missing prices, allowing to manually enter or change the booking's price during this process.
